About Aisha
Aisha is a UK-licensed psychotherapist, experienced yoga teacher and human-potential enthusiast who uses an integrative approach to work with anxiety, trauma, grief and relationships.
Trained in a wide variety of embodiment and psychotherapy modalities, she loves supporting everyone she works with to expand their sense of empowerment, enlivenment and wonder on their journey to feel more comfortably at home within themselves and in the world.
Her teaching focuses on moving from a place of compassionate attunement and curiosity, and supporting both people’s unique individuality and their interconnectendess as they learn to grow in the ways they’re yearning for while skillfully dealing with whatever comes their way. She is very passionate about breaking down complex topics into simple and accessible concepts that enable people to integrate the various layers of their experience in more meaningful ways.
