The Young Graduate Development Program aims to provide foundation training for entry-level graduate trainees selected to work in bank offices. The program draws on CK Management Trainee Program. The program is intensive and is designed to develop the technical as well as the professional skills of the participants.
CK recommends that English language proficiency, as well as I.T. and numeracy skills of all participants, be assessed at the outset. If needed an individualized study program to bridge identified gaps should be devised and followed to remove such deficiencies during the first year of employment.
