This Functional Stream course starts with defining the three lending rationales: Asset Conversion, Cash Flow and Asset Protection. It then moves to contrasting and comparing them, provides detailed treatment of each, covers bank credit products suitable to each and through case studies develop participant’s analytical skills.

Once the lending rationales are explained, the course will develop the participants’ skills of evaluating management, of identifying and analyzing the mitigation of risks associated the borrower business and for analyzing the industry in which the borrower operate.
